Upgrade from 8.1.91 to 11.0 issue

I have done 100's of upgrades but have never ran into anything like this any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
When I go to do the upgrade it only shows the ip office 500 and not the other stuff that needs upgrading. I have attached pictures to show what i mean.

I have seen this numerous times, I believe it is shows cards or modules that have been connected to the unit but are no longer installed or connected. I know that I check to make sure all cards and modules are highlighted that I have in the system now and then proceed with the upgrade.

Yes teletechman but did you see the first one? It only shows the IP 500 and not all the other stuff under it like the second one does. The first is an 8.1.91 the second one is a 9.0

you must be remote on that one, I would set up a PC to remote to that is on the same LAN. If the connection drops while you are upgrading you could brick the system. At least with an onsite PC you are less likely to have this happen. You might also see all the info as it is local and not remote so the broadcast is cleaner.

I am remote to both systems. The server I am on is in data center and the ip offices are in two different buildings. There are 4 other systems like the one that only shows the ip500. I guess I’ll try upgrading them all to 9.0 and see if it shows the rest of the stuff then. The systems not showing all the stuff have a vcm card and a phone 2 card.
