Upgrade from 6.1.4 to 6.1.9

I have try to upgrade my extremeware 6.1.4 to a 6.1.9b11 on the secondary image, but when i startup the switch with the new extremeware the switch return this error:

UART test in progress....
UART test passed.

CPU memory test in progress....
CPU memory test passed.

Uncompressing secondary image from flash...........................................................................................................................................................................................!

now i can start my switch only with the primary image(6.1.4).
does anyone can help me?

at the command prompt type this,

clear log static
clear log diag
clear count

reboot

this clears the log register and diagnostic data and should
allow the msm to reboot into normal mode, however if there
is in fact a hardware problem the newer os is detecting then
you should look into replacing the faulty msm.
