Upgrade From 5.4.0100.2276

Currently we are running 5.4.0100.2276 Micros RES3700, now staring from 1/1/2021 there is issue in the date, can anyone guide me how to upgrade to new version or if there is any fix or patch to the resolve the issue.

I have RES3700 in the store and running EM Server at the head office.

*5.4.6 as a minimum.

If you're going to bother upgrading then you should go to the latest version 5.7.6 but please not there are some big changes to security which you should read about first.

Same here.

Oracle support said for 5.4.0100.2276 (we have the same version), the fix is to upgrade to 5.4.1 first and then apply the patch, which is for version up to 5.4.6.

But how to upgrade? Any documentation? Thanks!

Just download & install it?
Which file?

RES 3700 5.4.1 (including RES 5.4.1 Gen 2 Prerequisites and RES 5.4.1 Setup ISO image)

OR

RES 3700 5.4.2.0.0 for Microsoft Windows (32-bit)

BTW, our 5.4.0100.2276 is on a 32 bits Windows 7 system.
