Upgrade from 5.0 to 5.5

I am getting C106fbb2 and C1032C08 error when I try to upgrade from 5.0 to 5.5. I ran edbutil and it failed at 70%. I ran isinteg and it found no errors. The database is 9G and I have plenty of space. Can anyone help?

If you have any antivirus application, remove it before upgrade.
