we upgraded from 4.2.4 to 5.0.18 last night everything went fine except one users saved messages are now gone. I copied the saved messages from the back up and pasted them into the users VM folder but they are still not showing up. Does anyone know a way to get these back on the phone or is my only option to put them in a folder on her computer for her to access them.

Just dropping them back in will not edit the text file that dictates if the system sees it as old new saved etc, so you will need to put them on the PC
