Upgrade from 4.0 to 5.0

Hi I will be doing a platform upgrade from 4.0 to 5.0 going from a 201i to a 1005r... Is there anything that will not migrate via the migration utility? I heard that any remote notification targets would not migrate. Can someone confirm this and if so is there anything else that does not migrate.
