Upgrade FROM 4.0 TO 4.5 / Questions

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find some good documentation on the best / correct way to upgrade my PS4 Farm to PS4.5:

-I understand that I need to upgrade my License Server first (correct?)

-Can I run in mixed mode (both 4.0 and 4.5)?
-Any limitations or suggestions about running in Mixed Mode?
