3.7 gets you support for the i2007 color display IP set, as well as support for the new digital mobility solution that was introduced in BCM 3.7 and MICS 7.0.
Those are the only two main differences between 3.6 and 3.7. Between 3.5 and 3.6, the call center reporting changed, as well as support for account codes in ACD, and a handful of other items.
If you're going to upgrade from 3.5, you'd may as well go to 3.7. I haven't heard yet if the upgrade to BCM 4.0 when it comes out next year will require people to be at 3.7 or not. If you're taking the time to upgrade, may as well spend the $175. Otherwise, hold off until 4.0 comes out.
