upgrade for version 1.1

I am looking to upgrade my partner acs version 1.1. Can someone please explain to me the extra features that the new version has, as well as how to upgrade. Thanks

The Partner ACS R4.0 is the latest release for Avaya's family of ACS procducts. There are a number of "fixes" isn every new release ACS R2 - ACS R3.0 amd now the ACS R4.0. Not enough time or space to write a cronological history of each releases new features in this post.

We do offer the upgrade service at a reasonable price, but I won't post any more info than this as we aren't susposed to "sell" on this site.

r2 gives you access to a 308 expansion card and allows for 40 phones vs 32, vms cover rings variable per extension, better flexibility of voice mail cover options by line - different schedules - delays etc - upgrade is now less expensive as software can be downloaded onto your existing backup abnd restore card - shouldnt cost more than 200- 250 total - if you have specific goals/issues you are looking to address by upgrading post them here and i will give you my 2 cents
