Another vendor that has since went out of business installed a MICS for a customer many years ago. The customer is asking me to take over the maintence for the system. They would like to add caller ID and upgrade the sets from M7310 to T7316 or T7316e sets. Below is the current configuration.

Software cartridge NT7B64GA DR4.1
System Version 30NdG04
Fastrad
Call Pilot 100

Will the current set up support caller ID and at least 7316 phones? I realize I will need to replace the DS cartridge with a caller ID cartridge. Thanks in advance.

You'll need 6.1 on your MICS to properly support T series sets. If you upgrade to 6.1 make sure of your voice mail's compatibility.

As was mentioned you'll need R6.1 software to have full functionality on the T7316 telephones. It's also recommended you have a release 02 NVRAM cartridge when using R6 or higher software. Your CallPilot needs to be at R3 or higher to be compatible with the MICS R6.1.
