I just upgraded a Partner Basic edition from R9.0.0.829 to R9.0.1.0.845, and after the upgrade, the phones flashed from the firmware upgrade to "Upgrade: File Access Error". I know that when it's in Essential Edition I can change the Phone File Server Type to Memory Card, but where do you change it on Basic Edition? I tried changing the File Writer IP Address to the laptop the system is connected to with no success. I tried unplugging and re-plugging the phones in, and also rebooting, but nothing has worked. I'm sure it's a simple tweak - can anyone point me in the right direction?
