I have an IP500V2 running 9.1.4.0 build 137. I'm trying to upgrade it to 9.1.8.0 build 172.

It fails the initial check on every module... "All selected units failed to transfer"

I changed the "Monitor Password" to confirm I'm using the correct password. Still no luck.

Any other suggestions?

or missing files
reset security settings - upgrade - set security settings

After performing the AT-SECURITYRESETALL, Manager prompted me to set new passwords for Administror, Security and System. Still no luck.

Any other suggestions?

Is there an upgrade log file I can refer to?

9.1 You need to set the http setting in security settings to unsecure+secure
This will allow upgrade.

If it's already at this setting then change it and set it back to unsecure+secure

My upgrade failed every time until I changed it back again.

Also the password could be wrong.

I just tried snowman50's suggestion of changing HTTP service from unsecure+secure to something else and then back to unsecure+secure again. Still no luck.

Ugh... it was the Windows firewall running on my new Windows 10 machine. The Shame!!!!!! Sorry everyone.

You could also recreate the SD card.
This will get the job done if anything else fails.
Firewall is a nasty I've and nice you found it.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
