Upgrade Failed 4610 to h323

Hi i tried to convert a set of 4610 to h323 using the conversion tool and it comes up with Upgrade failed. The version on the phone is 6.02 any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it

convert it from what? they usually are h.323 phones already except if you use QuickEdition phones and to convert them they need to be up and running in a Quick Edition environment and then you can make them "normal" phones I tried once doing the conversion of a defaulted phone and it was no go.

They were quick edition I got them to uphate the software now i am trying to change them from quick edition to h323 sets with no luck

do you follow the document?
I did it once like I said from the last release that these dreadful pieces of junk had and it worked.

was just looking for the document and I think I deleted it because I didn't think that I ever use it again.

Thanks I appreciate the assistance I actually converted it just a quick note to all if you have a release 4.0 version you have to modify your TFTP server root directory by placing 4.0 upgrade file load folder in the directory in order for the h323 to load correctly
