Upgrade Exchange2k to new server

My current Exchange2k server is very slow and is need of replacement. I have a new one, but it is unclear to me on how to put all of the existing Exchange stuff on the new server in a safe manner. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can rebuild Exchange 2000 on a new server, keeping easy in mind and with little downtime.
