HI All;
I have ip telephone type dbc422 and i am trying to upgrade software,after reboot the phone and press yes to upgrade ,the softwe on the phone is damged and the phone restarat contoniuslly.

how can solve this problem?

42202 or 42201? 42201 has known problems, if handset is faulty... replace
