Upgrade EM - Java issue with Firefox on update site?

This update site:

Works fine still with IE but not Firefox......did anyone have a fix?.

Reinstall did not work.

To be clear when you visit the update site the java part in the middle with the options to choose which upgrade does not show up.

Fixed

1. My auto update was not working on Java for some reason
2. It Appears then that Java 6 no longer works on Firefox, must be 7.
