Upgrade downtime 5.5 to 6.x

What kind of out of service time can be expected to take a full 8 group CPIV CS1000MG from 5.5 to 6.x There will be 3 New COT's sig servers to replace the existing 1100's. There are 10 MC32 cards and 1600 IP sets. There are 7000 TDM devices with all 3900 sets already on the new FW. 9 MSDL cards to fight with the FIJI's during the cutover. Existing Security Server and NRS have been stood up and have other domain element registered in operation.
