Upgrade Disk array in PE2650

I've got a Dell PE2650 with a PERC 3/Di controller. The server is currently setup as follows;

Array0 - RAID-0 (2x17GB Seagate ST318452LC drives)
Array1 - RAID-5 (3x70GB Fujitsu MAP3735NC drives)

I would like to upgrade Array1, but unsure how (first time having to do this)
