my customer has no admin client on their cp 1.07. the bought the system and when i checked with nortel the system is not on their data base, what are their options?
It sounds like this customer is better off buying something like a generic PC based voice mail system.
Anything developed well after the "largest-apple-customer-in-the world-convets-to-Windows-and-decelopers-show-how-hard-it-was-to-adjust-to" era... that was followed by the "Nortel-makes-the-worst-Win-based-aps-in-the-world" Apple recovery period.
Keeping in mind that 1.07 has been obsolete for quite some time, I think any option will involve purchasing a system vs. upgrade. Whether it is CallPilot or another solution.
