Dear Members ,
We have a IVR implementation hosted on Nortel MPS 500 with Windows 2003 Server based setup, The windows 2003 server runs all the product suite for MPS , works as intermediate server for Oracle database connectivity, also it runs the Oracle 9 database.
We want to split the Oracle database from this server and migrate it to another server. In short the existing server will not host the database and will be used only for the MPS suite and oracle database connection manager(periq and sqlclnt services). Current Oracle version is 9 and the new oracle server will have this version: Oracle 11g r2 ( 11.2.0.1.0) version software (x64) on Windows 2008 r2 server operating system (x64).
MPS Product suite details as as below. Nortel_SelfService version: 3.0.0.3.6 productsuite for mps3.0.0.3.6 cut-date: 20060314 patchlevel: Nortel_SelfService_3.0.0.Patch_Bundle_5-(20070906) .
Is this MPS version compatible with the new Oracle version: Oracle 11g r2 ( 11.2.0.1.0) version software (x64) on Windows 2008 r2 server operating system (x64). Please advice.
