I have a CICS with 2 CI cards. All my digital ports are full, so I want to add more. I know I need the expansion card that fits in the smaller slot on the unit, but the trouble is i'm not sure what it's called. This card will upgrade from 16 to 24 ports? Thanks!

Note you MUST have the right software to allow for this upgrade (8X24 configuration).
If you are not sure post your SP # here for us, it's under Maintenance/System Version in config programming.

If he's using 16 ext's now, he should be ok to expand.
