Upgrade causing a variation in call statistics

Hi,

I am upgrading a cisco call center soon and wondered if its possible that the statistics that supervisors run their reports will change due to improved algorithms and logic in later releases of software?

Might sound a strange question but it is something I have been used to on other manufacturers.
