Upgrade BCM50R1 to R3

Has anybody done this upgrade and what would be down time or possible problems. Need to upgrade because customer wants Contact Ctr 1Xskill set 2X agents. Thanks

It takes about 1 hour and a half, do your backup first and don't forget to install the R3 image when your upgrade is completed.(download it from Nortel)
