upgrade back-up remote utility v9.0

I have a customer whom recently upgraded to 6.1 MICS,4.1 upgrade kit, the original backup was done with REMOTE UTILITY V9.0, after upgrading the system and trying to install back-up he gets an error stating a map file is missing?? Does this mean he needs to upgrade to the remote utility v9.1?,or is there other issues?

Yes, he needs NRU 10.0. Also, he cannot restore a backup file from a 4.1 system to a 6.1 system. They have to match exactly.

as of last week, hte NRU10 was a free download from the nortel website, earlier it used to eb available for partners ... just check it out
