Upgrade access database utility

Does anyone know of a program or utility that will upgrade an Access97 database to an Access2000 database without actually having a copy of Access on the machine. For example, I want to upgrade my software to use Access2000 but I would like to have a program perform the upgrade on the users machine so I don't have to get the database and upgrade it for them.
