upgrade 8.6 to 9.0?

gurus,
we are actually using backup exec 8.6, myand we just purchase a backupexec 9.0.. actually this is like free product coz this version was release a fews only after we bought. but anyway, how do you recommend the installation of this version 9?do i need to jsut install is or remove the whole 8.6 version? or is there any options of upgrade version from 8.6? I need yourhelp on how to get into this..thanks a lot!

I actually just went to upgrade my version of BE 8.6 on a test server and it asked me to unistall my current version prior to upgrading.
