upgrade 4.10 to 4.11 (and to 6.0)

Hello,
We are running netware 4.10 and want to upgrade to 4.11 (and finally to 6.0)
I am retuning to novell networks after a gap of 6-7 years (last worked on 3.12) and would like to know any white paper or articles available about methods with pros and cons of each method available. (in-place or over wire etc, we do have extra hardware available)
Any pointer to any article, white paper, tech document is greatly appreciated.
Final goal is to move to 6.0
