Hi All,

I have the following scenario, i am upgrading a 3300mxe to release 9. In the release notes it states telworker needs to be upgraded to release 5, i will be going from teleworker 4.1, MAS 7.

To get this upgraded don just upgrade the mas to MSL 8.2, and then in the blades box on the server will it offer me release 5 of teleworker?

Thanks

As an added extra, it has just been dropped on me that the quick conference could need upgrading as well, anyone got any ideas on this?

Cheers

do you mean 4.5? I am not aware of a Rel 5.X for Teleworker.

You really should try to find the release notes and manuals as all the answers you seek are there.

I wouldn't even attempt it otherwise.

hi kwb

Yes there is a R5 Teleworker. It's part of the MAS though. Includes SIP integration now

But KWB is correct all answers are in the Docs. You may need to upgrade / install new MSL before getting the new blades

Mitelmatt: It took some digging but I did find a reference to TW Rel5 under something called the Multi-Protocol Border Gateway.

The Apps Suite version appears to still be 4.5, Ditto for Standalone servers.

No mate, MAS 1.2 has teleworker 5. TW5 is a cut down version of the MBG. Trust me, got it in house
