upgarde r7 to r8 1

Hi All.

Something funny happened when I tried to do an upgrade from 1500 v2 7.0.27 to 8.0.66.

I was told I don't need an upgrade license while doing this, but when I did my upgrade using 8.0.66 manager, after the upgrade, the system shows unlicensed. (I rolled back by recreating the sd card with Manager 7.0.x)

The system has two licenses, Avaya IP endpoints, and Essential Edition Additional voicemail ports. That's it.

Do I not need an upgrade license to go from seven to eight?
