upgade flash light to flash with AA Capabilities

I have a 2 port Flash Light version 2.1.00 that I would like to upgrade to to have the Auto Attendent features. I have spare 1.9 and 2.0 PCMCA cartridges but it does not take. Is there a way to default the flash then re-install the software so it will go beyond the light capabilities?
