Upfront server on Unix

We developed a powerprompt application. We developed this application on Windows 2000 server PC. All the components are in this pc only (directory and web servers, upfront server, cognos suite 7.1).

Can we deploy this powerprompt application on upfront server running on Unix. Will there be any implementation problems.
