Upfront Problem

Hi All,

I need your help! I tried running the reports on the upfront by going to action and run and save the report. I don't get to see the round small icon right below the report that shows the report is running. When I go to server admin, I see the report is in the queue. Why is that I don't see the small icon? should I change any settings? Please advice.
