upfront easy theme

Hi,

I'm looking for rely basic theme for a pure user-upfront-interface.

It schould contain only entries for reports and nothing else like links to action, properties or personalize settings.

Unfortunately I'm not an experienced HTML-Programmer, so I could change the standard70 theme and delete only action and property link, because they are to find.

But I wonder, that I could not find a template for such an basic user-theme.

Did I oversee it ?
How to learn to eliminate standard-entries like 'personlize-settings', which come from other templates ?
