Upfront and IWR Saved Versions.

I have a prompted IWR repprt published to an Upfront newsbox, the report is not scheduled and is run interactively.

One of the users has run the report and instead of saving the results to their personal newsbox they used the save option and saved the results over the original, so that now when the report link is clicked this saved report is displayed instead of running the report and showing the required prompts.

The Advanced properties of the report are :

Produce the following formats : PDF, Excel
Number of versions to maintain : 1 (can't set to zero ?)
Default show action : Show most recent report in excel format
Default Run action : Run Report

1. How can I revert the report link back to it's original status of running the report ?

2. What steps do I need to take to prevent this occurring again ?

one way i can think off is that u set the permissions for that newsbox as execute and NO write.
