Upfront Access cognos 7 issue for user !

Hi,

Can anyone assist me in resolving an issue I'm currently having with a user in Italy.

I have configured and made live a new cognos webserver.

I have a current webserver.

Both servers are on the same domain.
My user cannot login to the new server. He gets the URL displayed accross his tab in IE7 & address bar and a blank page.

I can login with his credentials from the UK on both servers.

He can login to the current server fine.

Current server 7.4.1
New server 7.4.4
OS windows 2003 standard
IE7

Any help would be appreciated.
