Updating Tweaked Database Model

I generated a SQL Server 2000 database from visio, and updated the table structure.

I tried to update the database tables themselves by going to Database->Update, selecting the Update Database checkbox, de-selecting the Detect Changes in Database checkbox and going through the rest of the process.

When I finish, Visio tell me the database is updated, but when I open Enterprise Manager (after closing it), the database table changes aren't there. Anyone know what the problem is?
