updating the Master Catagory List In Outlook 2000

Does anyone know how to change the Master Catagory List in Outlook so it is not machine Spacific ???
As far as I can see after creating a form with a catagorys box in, the list is machine spacific.

Any Ideas on changing or updating would be great.

It is machine specific because it is in the regsitry for each machine so what you would have to do is export the regsitry key from the machine that has the correct list and import the key to the other machines.

The key is
HKEY_CU\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Categories joegz
