Hi,
Is it just me or is Citrix one of the most cryptic application suites ever made? They also have the worst concieved web site I've ever had to wade through. The forum is completely worthless. The load time for each page is very long and the navigation is horrible. Ok, I got that off my chest. Now for a question.
Our clients are connecting to Citrix through the Web Interface. There are newer client installers than the ones on the CD available on the Citrix site, yet I am unable to figure out how to use them. I downloaded the Web Interface Client update executable. I copied the contants to the Program Files\Citrix\Web Interface\4.0\ICAWEB directory and restarted the server. It still shows old clients. I must have done something incorrect, but I can't find the documentation to say how to do it correctly. You would think that Citrix would make it a little easier to figure stuff out, given that buying the software does not buy ANY tech support. Can you guys give me a hand with this?
thanks,
Tom
