Hi everyone
I have a table comments with 4 fields in them. When I first designed the table I have set two fields 'issues' and 'comments' as varchar data types. But as I got the data into the table, the data is much more that 8000 characters. So I have changed the data types to text.
I have used Excel VBA to display and update the data from these two fields into two text boxes of excel. Even though I changed the data type to text, it just displays only a few characters and not all the characters.
Can anybody tell me why? Even when I use select statment in the sql query analyser, it is not updating the table with all the text in the two text boxes. Is there a need to some sort of refresh? If so, how should I do?
Thanks
