Updating Single field from multiple rows

Hello,

Is there a way in Access where I can update a single field displaying mutliple values? For example I have Table1 which contains names and would like to update the NAME field in Table2 with the names from table. I would like the field name in Table2 to look similar to:

Johnson;Smith;jones

Any help is greatly appreciated.
