updating RTM version

I need to update the following version of SQL 2000:

8.00.194 RTM Standard

I'm not sure which patch to apply first - can I directly apply SQL SP3 to this version ?

SP3 is cumulative. So you can apply it and it will take care of all previous patches and service packs.
