updating reverse engineered document

using Visual Studio .NET 2003 and Visio for Enterprise Architects 10 :

Initially, reverse engineering from VS to Visio creates a new Visio document

my question: how do I update this document after having modified the code WITHOUT having to create a new Visio File and make diagrams all over again?
