updating only a few pages

if I make changes to a page and copy only the affected page up to the server, it doesn't use the new copy. do i have to copy the bin directory too?

let me add that the reason i ask is because my coworker and i are working on different pieces of the same project and just copying our pages up isn't working. we both named our projects the same but obviously i guess we can't include both of our dlls. should we name our projects different and then just upload all our pages and separate dlls?

i would use source safe for this...just copying the pages will not work, because you need the recompiled bin folder with the .dll in it...
