Updating Multiple tables through one form

Hi

I am developing a fairly simple database using Access 97 which consists of about four or five tables that are linked through relationships. My problem is that I am trying to create one insert form that inserts data into a number of tables underneath. I have tried using the wizard to create the form, but I cannot get it to work.
Is it possible to use one form to enter data into multiple tables?

I might be wrong, but I think it order to do that you need to base it off a query that links all those tables together, or create subforms, one for each table...
