How do I correct this,...????
The terminal message is "Updating local copy of Bin" and after some time re boots again and repeats the cycle..

check the ibercfg.bat file for the follwing commands..

Copy %localdir%\Newbin\*.* %localdir%\bin
Echo Y | Del %localdir%\Newbin\*.*

sounds like it is doing the first part but not the second part so the contents of the newbin are never being deleted after they copy to the bin folder, thus you will get caught in a loop.

Could be a file not being deleted, You could run a chkdsk on the terminal.

ECHO Y | CHKDSK /F /R

tallnoble77, please check whether you have subfolders / subdirectories inside BIN folder.
Remove it....

That is correct, usually there is subfolder inside the BIN directory when I've seen this, and you'll see the name of it on a white screen with a red board. However, I see this most frequently when in redundant mode, and there is something in the BIN folder on the master.
