First, it's probably going to cause your computer to run all the time. Taking the shortcut out of the Start button>Programs menu and putting it on the desktop seems to help (don't ask me why--I discovered it by accident).
Second, if you're FP extensions are still 2000, some things will not work, such as the new navigation buttons and the properties of the shared borders. Everything else doesn't seem to have a problem.
And a little goodie: One of the improvements Microsoft made was to update the table of contents components. Now you can assign a category to a page, then set up the component to list only those items for that category. Before, it just alphabetized everything, and you had no control over it. Now you can rearrange everything in different sections.
