UPDATING FIRMWARE ON DBC 211 DBC 222

A customer with digital phones has an issue with the ringing volumes of the handsets changing to silent . The calls do appear on the phone and the line 1 button does flash and the call can be answered . It is effecting many phones and changing the ring volume or ring type on the handsets doesn’t fix the issue . I have to update the firmware on the handsets and I am not 100% sure on the procedure . I have uploaded the firmware onto the system HDU and believe I use the following command.

CNTLI: fidaPATH=/SYSN/USR1/SES/CN/BAAXXXXXXXX, ,BRDID=77,IND=ALL,LIM=1;

Does this effect traffic????
How do the handsets receive the firmware , is there a procedure needed to be executed for each handset? E.g. unplug the handset
How long does it take to upload to each handset?
