Updating email addresses in outlook from access field

When an email address is updated in an access 2003 database, is it possible to automatically update the email details held in outlook 2003 for that person? At the moment, my users are having to remember to change both, and they don't always do so. Any help would be much appreciated.

I've now found how to get external data and import from or link to an access database but have a question before trying the procedure. If I link outlook to a database does every contact in outlook have to appear on the database, and vice versa?
