Updating Duplicate Records Into Table

I have a table named tblUnder60 which has been updated with records from another table based on a WeekNo on a form. The data is associated with employees working at particular machines so athough most of the information will be different, the WeekNo and MachineNo may match.

Is there a way of copying these records, that share the same WeekNo and MachineNo, into another table, but summing together the TotalTime, Qty, QtyScrap and averaging the StdTime?
