Updating DNS instantly

We are using two Windows 2008 servers for DNS and the DHCP server is on the Router.

Most clients are on DHCP and they do not update the DNS when IP address changes.

How to enable instant changes to DNS when IP address changes?

It's a setting on Windows DHCP, and since you are doing DHCP on your router, you can't do it. You can only do it if you are using one of your servers for DHCP. It's always the DHCP server's job to update DNS, not the clients, so that's why you have a problem.
